This is a response to an e-mail about going to hell if I don’t believe in Jesus Christ (I think that he had a different last name or something…) TO be fair, I said that Christianity was a controlling myth. The entire story is on myMySpace Account “I found it amusing” But I thought it was interesting enough to talk about it here. I know that I wrote this in an obvious attempt at dispersing some of my anxiety and frustration, I think that this is a good summation of how I feel about most doctrine-oriented beliefs, but it is obviously directed at Christianity…

Not to actually start a conversation, but you simply prove my point. You are so wrapped up in this mythology that you fear for the Eternal. I feel deeply sorry for you, as I am sure you do for me. Thank you for your kind thoughts, but I just can not conceive of the Deity-Who-Created-Everything made such a horrible mistake that can only be rectified by murder and remembered by cannibalism (the eucharist). I know that you will not understand or appreciate this, but I am very comfortable and comforted by my relationship with the Divine and welcome the Eternal with open Arms.

Only time will prove us right or wrong. See you on the Other Side,
